Medical appointments can be overwhelming.  Our compassionate companions provide in-person support during doctor visits, treatments, and other important appointments. We ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and  supported every step of the way. Our 4-hour minimum ensures each client  receives unhurried, personalized support before, during, and after  their appointment. 

 Companion  Care offers exceptional in-home healthcare services, providing compassionate and professional support for individuals in need of  companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities.  Visits from  our trusted caregivers will encourage engagement in recreational  activities that stimulate the mind and provide social interaction and  connection which are the antidotes to loneliness. 

 Personal Care Service provides assistance with meal preparation and medication reminders as well as activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility. Our goal is to support our clients to live and age well by giving the care they need yet still promoting their independence. 

 We understand that compassionate companionship is essential to comfort and dignity during palliative and end-of-life care. Our services are thoughtfully designed to provide emotional support and a steady, caring presence during this meaningful stage of life. Regular visits from our trusted caregivers help ease feelings of loneliness and offer comfort through genuine human connection, honoring each individual with empathy, respect, and heartfelt companionship. 

 Caring for a loved one can take its toll after some time. It can be challenging for primary caregivers to balance caregiving with other responsibilities. Our Respite Care service provides temporary relief to primary caregivers so they can recharge while having the peace of mind that their loved ones are in capable hands. 

 Our team is here to support our clients navigate through the complexities of Alzheimer’s and other causes of Dementia. Our care professionals will implement a customized plan of care with the understanding that each client has unique needs depending on the stage of the disease process. Ensuring a safe environment, maintaining a routine, promoting cognitive stimulation and honouring who the person was in earlier years are factors we give importance to during the provision of care. 

 Care And Beyond provides staff support solutions to continuing care facilities when additional staff is needed for residents approved for Added Care Dollars, temporary staff is needed to fill in for sick calls and vacation leaves, and when unforeseen circumstances occur, like outbreaks or a delay in hiring staff to fill open lines.
